Drain any excess liquid and stir frozen corn and black beans, as well as some beef broth and tomato sauce into the beef. Allow it to boil and then simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally. Serve with the optional toppings of sour cream and green onions. A quick and delicious chilli is always a treat – for the chef!
