It’s summertime and the grilling should be as easy as the living. You shouldn’t be spending your day cooking over a hot grill, especially if it’s at a long awaited gathering of family and friends. Each of the flavors in this dish is perfect for summertime. Coat the salmon in spice rub made of chili powder, lime juice, salt and pepper. Grill it for afew minutes, slice it and remove the skin. Warm up the tortillas and fill them with the fish, cabbage slaw, salsa and cilantro crema. You might find yourself doing a few steps of the salsa at the grill while you make this dish.

Toast some sesame seeds and add them to the sugar, soy sauce and seasonings to make a marinade which you then pour over the beef. Set it aside while you cook up the vegetables. Quickly grill the beef, add the vegetables, give it a stir and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. So sweet!

Cover and cook. Serve them up and enjoy the looks of satisfaction.
