Summer in the Orient is super sweet with this bulgogi. Firm up the beef in the freezer and then cut it into thin slices. Toast some sesame seeds and add them to the sugar, soy sauce and seasonings to make a marinade which you then pour over the beef. Set it aside while you cook up the vegetables. Quickly grill the beef, add the vegetables, give it a stir and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. So sweet!
