Lay out chopped romaine lettuce, baby arugula, cherry tomatoes, chopped red onions and your crispy bacon. Slice the avocado and arrange on the salad followed by a pinch of the kosher salt on each slice.

Then slice the chicken thighs and add to your salad.

Mix Dijon mustard, olive oil, red wine vinegar, fresh rosemary and kosher salt to make your rosemary vinaigrette.

10. Teriyaki Salmon on Soba Noodle Salad

This is absolutely delicious, a real star dish.
Prep up your veg then set the noodles off cooking and rinse to cool when they're cooked (5 minutes or until soft). Get a pan medium-hot and cook the salmon skin-down for about 3 minutes then turn and cook for 1 minute. Add teriyaki sauce to the pan you've been using and cook for a minute or so to thicken it up slightly. Make a mirin dressing by whisking the mirin seasoning, lime juice, soy and oil.
Finally you just need to combine the noodles and the veg you prepped earlier and add the dressing. Pop the salmon on the noodles and add a few sesame seeds. Delicious!
