Everyone will think you spent hours cooking this yummy dish. Mix chilli powder blend into the ground round beef and cook until the beef is browned. Drain any excess liquid and stir frozen corn and black beans, as well as some beef broth and tomato sauce into the beef. Allow it to boil and then simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally. Serve with the optional toppings of sour cream and green onions. A quick and delicious chilli is always a treat – for the chef!

Cut two slits in each boneless chicken breast and stuff them with the cheese and mustard mixture. Wrap each breast with smoked, streaky bacon rashers and roast them in a pre-heated oven. Perfect!

Whisk together goat cheese, butter, pasta water, salt and pepper until smooth. Add the asparagus to the pasta and pour in the cheese mixture. Toss to coat the pasta. Serve this simple yet bold dish with a garnish of chives.

Fry the bacon until crisp, then add it along with some crumbled fresh ricotta cheese, salt and pepper. Toss to combine over low heat then serve. Cheesy and good!

Gently pull the frankfurter apart to reveal the spiral cut. Grill the frankfurter on a heated grill that has been sprayed with grilling spray. Serve in rolls with ketchup and spicy brown mustard. Who says you can’t eat a sandwich with a fork? To prepare, preheat your broiler. Coat both sides of bread with cooking spray and broil on each side until lightly toasted. Gently toss 2 cups of arugula, 2 teaspoons of extra-virgin olive oil, 1/8 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Set your salad aside. In a large, nonstick skillet, heat 1 teaspoon of extra-virgin olive oil. With the skillet still over medium heat, crack 4 eggs into the pan and cook for two minutes. Cover and cook for a couple of minutes more until the whites are set. After removing the eggs from the heat, combine 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 3/4 cup park-skim ricotta cheese, 1 ounce of grated fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, and 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh thyme in a small bowl and spread over your toasted bread slices. Add some of your salad and an egg to each of the bread slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

It doesn’t get much simpler than this Asian twist on a favorite comfort food! After melting 1 teaspoon of butter in a nonstick skillet, fry the eggs to your preference. We strongly recommend runny! While cooking your eggs, toast your bread and spread 1 teaspoon of butter on one side of each slice. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each piece of toast and gently place an egg on top of the cheese followed by spinach leaves and as much Sriracha sauce as you can handle! Cover with another piece of toast and you’re finished!

Criminally easy and quick! Just 7 minutes!


Grilled Ham, Egg and Cheese Sandwich

These sandwiches are too tasty to be true! Over medium-high heat, fry 12 slices of pancetta in a large nonstick skillet until you reach the perfect crispiness. Place the pancetta on paper towels but don’t drain or clean the skillet. In an extra-large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and add four bread slices topped with 2 slices of provolone. Add a pinch of black pepper and cook until the cheese melts. While your bread is toasting, heat the skillet used for the pancetta over medium heat. Crack 4 eggs into the skillet and cook until your whites are set but keep your yolks runny! Place 6 pancetta slices and 2 fried eggs on top of each of the cheesy toasts. Add chopped onions, Parmesan cheese and 3 basil leaves. Top with another slice of bread and take a big bite!

Good for four or, if you’re hungry, just one! Either way, they’re ready in 20 minutes!

Paula Deen certified so you know it’s delicious! Fry 4 slices of bacon in a small skillet over medium heat until crispy enough to crunch when you bite it. Remove from the pan and place on paper towels. Drain the grease from the skillet but reserve just a bit. Spread butter on both sides of the bread and toast both sides in a separate skillet on medium heat. Mix 4 ounces of cream cheese, 1 teaspoon of minced parsley, and 1 teaspoon of minced green onions in a small bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and spread onto 1 side of each of your toast slices after you have removed them from the skillet. Using the same skillet as you used for your bacon, fry the eggs over medium-low heat breaking the yolk. Place each egg on top of a piece of toast followed by 2 slices of bacon, 2 slices of tomato, and 2 slices of avocado. Cover with another slice of toast.

This delicious treat is ready in just 20 minutes!

You’re going to wish you discovered this recipe sooner! In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté your sliced half-onion in 1 1/2 teaspoons of olive oil. While two English muffins are toasting, move your onions to one side of the pan and crack in 2 eggs with the skillet over medium heat. After 2 minutes, add a slice of Provolone cheese over each egg and continue cooking until the egg whites have set. When your English muffins are toasted, spread the mayonnaise and mustard on one side and gently place an egg onto the muffin. Fry 8 slices of salami for just about 1 minutes per side. Add your onions followed by 4 slices of the salami. Dig in!

Now find something else to do with the rest of your morning because this only takes 10 minutes!

Kale, Bacon and Egg Whole-Wheat Breakfast Sandwich

It’s so good, you’re going to want to keep this one a secret! Start by toasting your whole-wheat bun and spread with either mayonnaise or butter. Fry a couple of pieces of bacon in a medium skillet until crisp and set aside on a plate of paper towels. Remove most of the bacon grease but leave a little for taste. Over medium-high heat, cook a minced clove garlic and 1 1/2 cups of minced kale tossing frequently. Add salt to your preferred taste. Keep the kale moist as you cook it by adding 1 or 2 tablespoons of water. Once the kale is tender, sprinkle with white wine vinegar and remove from the pan. Clean the skillet and fry the egg in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Place the kale on the bottom half of the whole-wheat bun followed by the bacon. Next add the egg and the top bun.

Your breakfast, lunch or dinner is ready in 15 minutes!
