Use salt and pepper to season chunks of striped bass and place the fish in the sauce to cook. Serve in bowls with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro. Combine lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic and rosemary, lemon zest, salt and pepper in a resealable plastic bag. Added the swordfish steaks and get them coated in the seasoning. After marinating, remove the fish and place it on a preheated and oiled grill rack. Cover and cook, turning once. So worth the wait!
