Whether you have it warm or cold, a beef salad is perfect for lunch, as a dinner accompaniment or as a light evening meal. Don’t be fooled by the long list of ingredients in some of these recipes – they are all super easy dishes to prepare. One good idea is to have the ingredients prepared, sealed and stored in the fridge until cooking time.
There is a recipe in here to suit every taste and a couple especially for kids.

Prep this one earlier in the day then you can get it all together in no time flat! Season the steak and leave it to marinate, turning occasionally.
