Scrambled eggs are always special – and not just because they are so easy to make. Sometimes, it’s what you have your scrambled eggs with that brings out their tastiest side. Other times, it’s how you scramble them that makes them completely irresistible.

Here’s a great recipe to have on a special day or with a special guest or just because! Whisk together eggs, chives, black pepper and milk or water. Pour into a pan of hot melted butter and scramble by allowing the edges to set then pushing them inward. Repeat until almost done. Add salt and cream cheese, stirring to combine until cooked to desired doneness. Lay 2 slices of prosciutto on a plate, allowing them to overlap slightly. Spoon on some egg and wrap the prosciutto like a burrito. Sprinkle with chives and serve your elegant and yummy creation.
